Southwest Airlines Review

I really love traveling, as you know. However, the idea of booking flights used to make me want to change my mind. In most cases, the process is very hectic and takes a good amount of time. This is why I was so overjoyed when I came across Southwest Airlines app.

Interface 

This iOS, Windows and Android app has a very intuitive interface. The features and settings are self-explanatory and very easy to use. The app also features very vibrant colors, and it is very consistent. I have never experienced screen freezes or crashes when using this app. I also really love that it does not have many ads and in-app purchases. This makes it possible for me to book my flights and check other details without any interruptions. For all these reasons, I would rate this app at a 10/10.

Southwest Airlines iPhone, Windows, and Android mobile app is not just a flight booking app. This app is also useful for check-ins, changing and canceling air reservations. You can also use the app to check your flight, gate and boarding information. In addition to this, you get a mobile boarding pass that you can save in your phone. This is perfect because you do not have to worry about forgetting your boarding pass. As long as you have your phone, you are assured you will go on the trip. You can also use this App Store and Google play app for renting cars and canceling vehicle reservations. If not enough, the app is useful for checking weather and travel alerts. This gives you an idea of what to wear depending on the weather and also what to pack on your trip. I would rate it at a 10/10 for functionality.

User Experience 

The first time I installed the app on my phone, I was very skeptical about it. I honestly didn’t think it would work. However, it surpassed my expectations. I was able to book a flight in a matter of minutes, and I was provided with all the details about my flight. I was amazed because booking a flight has always been a great challenge for me. Since then, I have always had a pleasant experience using this app. I would, therefore, give it a 10/10 for great user experience.

Southwest Airlines is definitely an up-to-date app for all Android devices, Windows phones, iPads, and iPhones. It has great functionality that you need in this era. All the information related to your flight's updates instantly. Moreover, you are always aware of the weather in the city you fly since you get the updated weather forecasts.
